i added swimming into my workout yesterday (and the future). it's incredibly difficult and i haven't swam (in actual laps) in years. so with climbing, swimming, and occasionally running, i think i can get myself into better shape than before.
taxes are coming up, i had to file for an extension on mine. one of these days i'll try and figure out how to do it on my own w/ turbo tax or something, but for now, i'm just going to use a CPA. last year's bill was pretty expensive and i hope that it's cheaper than before.
my last year's total wasn't very much i don't think. i played probably 150k hands total throughout the entire year, which is incredibly pathetic. whatever. i think in terms of poker, i hope to start playing more tourneys and get back into NLHE. along that note, i've been playing at carbon poker lately (lol) and find that i can't focus. whether it be .5/1 or just carbon itself, i treat it like play money and really can't focus/play well. i think the solution is to just deposit more $ there and to actually play some meaningful stakes (1/2+).
my summer schedule is fairly set. i've decided that i'm probably not going to go anywhere in may (maybe a short trip or something). the certification for scuba diving is in later may and i'll have to sign up for that soon if i want to do it.
i'm also going on an outdoor trip to kansas for a day this coming sunday. i'm going to rock city, a place where they have all these hugeass boulders to climb.
